We are a team of passionate, highly qualified, and creative engineers. We cover the entire development spectrum from concept and design to prototyping and testing. Our employees develop mechanical and electronic solutions as well as control algorithms and software according to automotive standards. System validation is carried out both on test benches and in vehicles. Sales & Business Development Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for and consistent execution of the entire sales process, from acquiring new customers and securing contracts to project completion
- Development of business relationships with renowned automotive OEMs, suppliers, and customers across the entire mobility industry
- Planning revenue and profit forecasts and ensuring the implementation of the necessary activities to achieve the agreed targets
- Acquisition of new business and support for existing customers
- Preparation of proposals as well as planning, conducting, and following up on customer visits
- Creation of customer presentations
- Building and maintaining a sales pipeline
Your profile
- Successfully completed engineering degree, preferably in electrical engineering, computer science, or physics, along with several years of professional experience in the sales of technical products
- Extensive industry expertise in the field of e-mobility / automotive
- Enjoyment of technical depth – while still mastering the art of simple presentation and persuasive communication
- Strong sense for economically relevant inquiries
- Strong customer focus and a solid international industry network
- Team player with a hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial mindset, and enthusiasm for a high degree of creative freedom
- You are multilingual (German / English) and feel at home in multiple cultures
