Our employees develop mechanical and electronic solutions as well as control algorithms and software according to automotive standards. System validation is carried out both on test benches and in vehicles. Product Manager (m/f/d) – Focus on Motorsport Brake Systems

Your responsibilities

  • Definition and maintenance of the product roadmap in close coordination with development, sales, and management
  • Market and competitive analysis of relevant products and technologies in the field of e-mobility / automotive
  • Responsibility for the product development budget and ensuring efficient resource planning
  • Representation of the product portfolio to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders within the company
  • Management of product maintenance and quality assurance throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation (technical specifications, data sheets, release notes)

Your profile

  • Successfully completed technical degree (e.g. mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable field) with a focus on application software
  • Strong technical understanding of mechatronic systems
  • Knowledge of systems engineering
  • Experience in vehicle data processing and analysis
  • Confident use of relevant tools, especially MATLAB and Jama
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong understanding of economically relevant relationships
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently guide diverse stakeholders
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
  • Very good written and spoken English skills; German language skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10%
