Head of mechatronic development (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Technical and managerial control of a growing team (mechanical development, sample procurement and sample construction) as well as of organizational processes
  • Leading the team in terms of the following: Deadlines, costs, culture, commitment, efficiency and quality
  • Creating ideas, innovating and developing overall strategies in cooperation with the adjacent EE and SW processes
  • Evaluating different approaches to solutions with regard to technological advantages and disadvantages as well as in terms of economic efficiency
  • Coordinating projects and resources
  • Responsibility to continuously develop, promote and challenge the team
  • Supporting product management

Your profile:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering or comparable
  • Managerial experience with a hands-on mentality
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in an automotive engineering environment
  • Broad knowledge in the development of electrohydraulic / mechanical systems, ideally in chassis control systems
  • Independent working style with a willingness to take on responsibilities
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
