Dr. Thomas Leiber, founder and long-standing technological driver of LSP, has fully stepped back from all operational roles within the company. This transition was intentionally designed to create space for fresh perspectives and renewed momentum.

Since founding LSP in 1998, Dr. Leiber has played a decisive role in shaping the company’s technological direction. As an entrepreneur, engineer and holder of numerous patents, he has been instrumental in establishing LSP as a trusted innovation partner for advanced braking systems, vehicle dynamics and mechatronic automotive solutions.
He will remain connected to LSP in a strategic and advisory capacity, supporting innovation and long-term vision.

Roger Perthen continues as CEO of LSP ias GmbH, with no change in leadership.
As Chief Executive Officer, he remains fully responsible for the company’s operational and strategic direction. Together with the established management team and the experienced organization, he ensures stability, clarity and a strong forward focus.
